I'm a fish you can't eat

My skull, sort of human
I hide within your tribe
I'm a creature from hell
Important to describe
My mouth's always open
Serpentine tongue very odd
Feathers plucked from a bird
Not placed by a vengeful god
You may notice a menacing eye
It's just a scary pose
Nothing is more scary than man
Not even fucking close
Humans cause indescribable harm
Inimical intentions in a motive chain
Scruple is a careful luxury for them
Prescribed only for gain
But, I, am the devious fish
I terrorize the cosmos
You shake your thing when told
Or die on a silly cross
I'm in your mind right now
In every living man
I have the reigns and brakes
And the most nefarious plan
I will haunt your dreams
You'll have sleepless nights
Tossing and turning in endless loops
